Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

I fully understand that life does not always go as planned.  Things change! 

I ask that you let me know as soon as you are able if you need to reschedule so that I may invite another family who is on my waiting list to take your spot - and give them enough heads up to do so.

Weather is another factor altogether. 
If the weather is not agreeable to both of us on your scheduled appointment, we will "rainy day reschedule".
