Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

I fully understand that life does not always go as planned.  Things change! 
 

I am happy to reschedule your appointment without an additional deposit, if you give me at least 48 hours notice. In this way, I have time to call families who may be on my waiting list.  This new appointment must also fall within the same season as the one originally planned.

Last minute changes and cancellations (within the 48 hour window of your session) also happen, and I am flexible with rescheduling,
but I will ask for another deposit to hold your spot.


Weather is another factor altogether. 
If the weather is not agreeable to both of us on your scheduled appointment, we will "rainy day reschedule" with no additional deposit.
